Your own test instance. Under your subdomain. For two weeks.
We set up a complete grant portal for you — with a realistic example call, your first forms and a test review. You try it out at your own pace. If it fits, we take it live. If not, we delete it.
01 · Confirmation — You receive an e-mail within minutes confirming that your request has arrived — with a short overview of the next steps. Immediate, automatic.
02 · Personal reply — Tom, the developer, gets in touch. Writes back, suggests dates, asks for details about the example call you would like. ≤ 1 business day.
03 · Test instance — Your subdomain is set up. Branding template, example call, test applications and demo reviewers are in place — you receive a link. ≤ 48 hours.
04 · Onboarding call — One hour together through your instance: form builder, review engine, export. Via video or on site. Whenever it suits you. Within 14 days.
01 · Setup — Your own subdomain. Your instance at your-foundation.grantifex.com. TLS certificate from day one.
02 · Data — A realistic example call. Application deadline, three test applications, a scoring template, a test award letter with Word template.
03 · Roles — Four test accounts. Applicant, reviewer, programme lead, backend admin. Real workflows without risk.
04 · Branding — Your logo and your colours. If you send us a logo, the instance already comes in your look — not ours.
05 · Content — Three languages active. German, English and a third of your choice. Application forms and e-mails multilingual accordingly.
06 · Takeover — A seamless transition. If you continue, the instance stays. If not, we delete it, including backups, after 30 days.
01 · No automatic sales call. If you don't want an appointment, there won't be one. We write — you decide whether we should talk.
02 · No hidden renewal. No credit card means: no credit card. The demo ends after 14 days — after that, nothing happens that costs money.
03 · No data sharing. Your details stay with us. No CRM sync to Hubspot. No tracking pixel. No re-targeting.
04 · No obligation to continue. You test, you decide. Even “no, thanks” is an answer that's enough for us — and we delete cleanly.
