AI pre-screening · 149 € / month — Incoming applications are pre-checked for completeness and formal eligibility. Your case workers get flagged hints — no automatic rejection, no black box.
AI review assistant · 199 € / month — Structured summaries per application and an additional, non-voting AI appraisal alongside your reviewers — a separate voice with zero weight, purely informative. Includes draft texts for queries and notices.
Both options: processing exclusively in the EU, activation per programme (opt-in), can be switched off at any time. Booking on request — we deliberately enable AI features only after a conversation about your data-protection requirements. Demo instances do not include AI.
"AI assists, humans decide" is not a marketing line here, it is architecture: AI output never flows automatically into an approval or rejection.

01How does the trial work?+
14 days free, no credit card, no automatic conversion. You get your own test instance under your subdomain with a realistic example call. If you don't want to continue, nothing happens — we delete the instance after 30 days.
02What happens if I exceed a limit?+
We get in touch. No automatic shutdown. No limit banner that your applicants see. You book an add-on or switch tiers — both at the press of a button, without contract negotiations.
03What does migration from an existing solution cost?+
Flat-rate packages from 2,500 €. We import master data, old applications and attachments, rebuild your forms and train your team. More complex migrations — database mappings, custom workflows — billed by effort, transparently calculated.
04How can I cancel?+
Monthly or annually, in writing. Data export in open formats (CSV, JSON, ZIP with attachments) is free. Your data belongs to you — we hand it over, even if you switch to a competitor.
05What is included in hosting?+
Servers at netcup in Nuremberg, Germany, daily backups, all updates, SSL/TLS certificates, GDPR-compliant logging. No hidden traffic limits, no pay-per-request for e-mail dispatch.
06We want to self-host — is that possible?+
Yes. The extension is Open Source under AGPL-3.0-or-later. As soon as the code is published (planned for 2026), it will be on GitLab. Self-hosting is explicitly allowed and supported — see the Open Source page.
07We are a very small foundation. Is Grantifex even worth it?+
If you receive more than ten applications a year and want to process them in a structured way — yes. Otherwise a spreadsheet will do. We will tell you that honestly, before you sign.
08What role does AI play in Grantifex?+
An assisting one — never a deciding one. The optional AI features (pre-screening, summaries, draft texts) are available as an add-on, run exclusively on EU infrastructure and are enabled per programme (opt-in). Every decision about an application is made by a human — that is built into the software, not just promised. Demo instances do not include AI features.
